Cottage Maple Pudding

Instructions
- Bring maple syrup to boiling.
- Pour into loaf pan.
- Mix all other ingredients with electric mixer until very smooth.
- Pour batter over maple syrup.
- Bake at 400° about 25 minutes.
- Turn upside down on platter after cooling about 10 minutes.
- Slice and serve with whipped cream, nuts or ice cream.
