Instructions
- Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with chipped beef.
- Place the cut-up and skinned chicken on top of the beef.
- Cover the chicken with the mushroom soup mixture made from sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 to 1½ hours.
- Serve with flavored rice such as curry or saffron instead of vegetables and potatoes or salad.
