Ingredients

  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 to 2 pounds cut-up and skinned chicken
  • 1 package chipped beef

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with chipped beef.
  2. Place the cut-up and skinned chicken on top of the beef.
  3. Cover the chicken with the mushroom soup mixture made from sour cream and cream of mushroom soup.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 to 1½ hours.
  5. Serve with flavored rice such as curry or saffron instead of vegetables and potatoes or salad.
