Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 small tube Mahatma yellow rice
  • 2 cans water
  • 1 can cream of chicken and mushroom soup

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Put the uncooked rice in a casserole dish; add the cream of chicken and mushroom soup and water.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic salt.
  4. Place the seasoned chicken breasts on top of the rice mixture in the casserole.
  5. Bake in the oven for 1 hour, turning the chicken after 30 minutes.
  6. Check to make sure the rice is not drying out; if it is, add more water.
