Ingredients

  • 2 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon or GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cups White grape juice or apple juice
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 Tbsp. dried basil leaves
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 cups Extra-virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Beat mustard, juice, sugar, herbs and vinegar in large bowl with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Add oil gradually, whisking constantly until well blended; cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
