County Fair Pie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. butterscotch chips
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the margarine, sugar, flour, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  2. Stir in nuts and chips.
  3. Pour into pie shell.
  4. Bake at 325° for 1 hour or until golden brown.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. Yield:
