Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen sliced peaches
  • 1 pkg. frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1/3 c. brandy
  • 1 fifth champagne

Instructions

  1. Combine the defrosted strawberries, sliced peaches, pineapple chunks, and brandy in a bowl.
  2. Marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  3. To serve, fill large stem glasses or goblets half full of the marinated fruit and liquid.
  4. Pour champagne over the fruit at the table before serving.
