Instructions
- Put canola oil and garlic paste in large skillet. Saute vegetables in oil for 10 minutes. Add tomato sauce and bring to a simmer for 5 minutes. Microwave couscous and water according to directions on box. Fluff couscous with a fork, and add sauce and vegetables to couscous. Mix, and enjoy!
