- Peel and slice the bananas into chunks.
- Toss the bananas with lemon juice or Fruit-Fresh to prevent browning.
- Add the pineapple chunks along with their juice and the instant vanilla pudding to the bananas.
- Stir well to combine.
- Drain the peaches and set aside the juice.
- Add the drained peaches to the fruit mixture.
- Drain the mandarin oranges and add them to the mixture.
- Stir gently until all fruits are evenly coated.
- For a thinner pudding, add some or all of the reserved peach juice.
