A refreshing fruit and pudding salad combining sweet bananas, pineapple, peaches, and oranges with creamy vanilla pudding, perfect for family gatherings or summer desserts.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 large bananas
  • 1 (5 1/4 oz.) can pineapple chunks
  • 1 (16 oz.) can sliced peaches
  • 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
  • 1 (3 5/8 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
  • lemon juice or Fruit-Fresh

Instructions

  1. Peel and slice the bananas into chunks.
  2. Toss the bananas with lemon juice or Fruit-Fresh to prevent browning.
  3. Add the pineapple chunks along with their juice and the instant vanilla pudding to the bananas.
  4. Stir well to combine.
  5. Drain the peaches and set aside the juice.
  6. Add the drained peaches to the fruit mixture.
  7. Drain the mandarin oranges and add them to the mixture.
  8. Stir gently until all fruits are evenly coated.
  9. For a thinner pudding, add some or all of the reserved peach juice.
