Ingredients

  • pork tenderloin
  • white rice
  • fresh tomatoes
  • cucumber
  • 2 eggs
  • soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Saute the chopped pork tenderloin until cooked through.

  3. Chop fresh tomatoes and cucumber.
  4. Add eggs to the cooked rice and scramble well.
