Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder to taste
  • Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix ground chuck, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Form into 4 patties.
  2. Marinate with Worcestershire sauce at least 30 minutes before cooking, turning at least once during marinating time. Cook on outside grill or may be broiled in oven. Simple and very tasty burgers.
