Ingredients

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes
  • 3 cans tomato sauce
  • 3 cans water
  • 2 bay leaves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 cup dry red wine

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except crab in a large pot.
  2. Simmer for 30 to 45 minutes.
  3. Add crab halfway through simmering.
  4. If using live crabs, boil for 10 minutes before adding to the sauce.
