Crab Dabs

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 oz.) can crab meat
  • 1/3 c. fine, soft bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
  • 1 tsp. chopped chives
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 10 slices bacon, cut in thirds

Instructions

  1. Drain crab meat; remove any shells or cartilage.
  2. Chop crab meat.
  3. Combine all ingredients except bacon; mix thoroughly. Chill 30 minutes.
