Crab-Egg Cracker Spread
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1/3 cup chili sauce ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish ⓘ
- 1 garlic clove, minced ⓘ
- 1/2 teaspoon prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 2 cans (6 ounces each) crabmeat, drained, flaked and cartilage removed or 1-1/2 cups flaked fresh or 1-1/2 cups frozen crabmeat ⓘ
- 2 hard-boiled large eggs, finely chopped ⓘ
- Assorted crackers ⓘ
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Stir in the crab and eggs. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
