Ingredients

  • 3 sticks imitation crab or small can
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. crushed garlic
  • egg whites
  • wonton wrappers

Instructions

  1. Mix crab, cream cheese, green onion and garlic.
  2. Mix.
  3. Put in wonton wrapper.
  4. Seal with egg whites.
  5. Deep fry.
