Crab Strudel

Ingredients

  • 1/2 clove minced garlic
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 12 oz. flaked crabmeat
  • 1/3 lb. phyllo
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. cooking sherry
  • 1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
  • butter (to saute)

Instructions

  1. In pan, saute onion and garlic with butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper; cook until blended.
  3. Gradually add milk; stir constantly until thick and smooth.
  4. Stir in sherry and crabmeat.
