Crab Swiss Bites are savory appetizers featuring flaky rolls filled with crab, Swiss cheese, and green onions, topped with water chestnuts for a delightful, crowd-pleasing snack.

Ingredients

  • 7.5 oz. can crab meat, drained and flaked
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced green onion
  • 4 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 package flaky style refrigerator rolls
  • 5 oz. can sliced water chestnuts

Instructions

  1. Combine crab meat, sliced green onion, shredded Swiss cheese, mayo, and lemon juice well.
  2. Separate the refrigerator rolls into 3 layers each.
  3. Place the roll layers on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  4. Spoon the crab mixture onto each roll layer.
  5. Top each with a few water chestnuts.
  6. Bake at 400°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden.
