Ingredients

  • 1/2 pkg. fresh cranberries
  • sugar
  • water
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tangerine

Instructions

  1. Cook cranberries following the instructions on the bag, either separating half or cooking half, reducing sugar and water by half.
  2. While cranberries are simmering, add the tangerine peel to the water.
  3. Squeeze some juice from the tangerine into the water.
  4. Remove the tangerine peel from the water.
  5. When cranberries are done, let cool.
  6. Add the mashed banana to the cranberries and mix thoroughly.
  7. Chill the sauce before serving.
