Ingredients

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup shortening
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soda (baking)
  • 2 tblsp sour milk
  • 2 cups chopped crabapples (skin & all)

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle w/sugar & cinnamon
  2. Bake at 350 - 1 hour
  3. Enjoy!!
  4. PS ~ We picked tonigh to make 3-4, they freeze well.
