Ingredients

  • 1 head lettuce (red or green leaf or both)
  • 1 cup craisins
  • 1 cup cashew nuts
  • 1 medium or 2 small apples
  • poppy seed dressing

Instructions

  1. Tear lettuce into bite-sized pieces and wash thoroughly.
  2. Core and chop apples (unpeeled) into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mix lettuce, apples, craisins, and cashew nuts in a salad bowl.
  4. Toss everything together with poppy seed dressing before serving.
