Ingredients

  • 1 package (18 1/4 oz.) yellow cake mix
  • 1 1/3 cups orange juice
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon rum flavoring (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the yellow cake mix, orange juice, vegetable oil, eggs, and rum flavoring (if using) until smooth.
  2. Pour the batter into 3 greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven and transfer to a wire rack to cool.
