Ingredients

  • cake mix
  • brown sugar
  • water
  • gold medal flour
  • yeast
  • ground cinnamon
  • butter

Instructions

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water in a large bowl.
  2. Add cake mix and enough flour to make a soft dough.
  3. Knead on a lightly floured surface for 3 to 5 minutes.
  4. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning to grease the top.
  5. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  6. Punch down the dough.
  7. Place on a floured surface and roll to desired thickness.
  8. Brush with melted butter.
  9. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar mixture.
  10. Roll like a jelly roll.
  11. Cut into 1-inch slices and place in a lightly greased pan.
  12. Cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
  13. Bake in a 350°F oven until golden brown.
