Ingredients

  • 3 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 3 oz. raspberry Jell-O
  • 1 3/4 c. boiling water
  • 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, dissolve the raspberry Jell-O in boiling water.
  2. Add undrained crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce, stirring until the cranberry sauce melts.
  3. Chill until partially set by placing the bowl into a larger bowl of ice water or refrigerating.
  4. Pour half of the gelatin mixture into a 6 1/2 cup ring mold.
  5. Chill until almost firm.
  6. Let the remaining gelatin stand at room temperature before using.
