Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 13 cup cranberry-raspberry juice
  • 13 cup orange marmalade
  • 12 teaspoon orange extract
  • 14 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 12 teaspoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 3 34 cups bread flour
  • 1 tablespoon orange zest
  • 1 34 instant yeast
  • 34 cup fresh cranberries

Instructions

  1. Measure ingredients except cranberries into baking pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer.
  2. Select sweet cycle.
  3. Add cranberries at the add ingredient cycle.
