Ingredients

  • 1 can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • Grated orange rind (zest)
  • 1/2 tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Mix the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, orange juice, and orange zest in a saucepan and cook slowly until combined and heated through.
  2. Add the cornstarch and water mixture to the saucepan.
  3. Cook the mixture until it thickens to a glaze consistency.
  4. Apply the glaze to ham during the last 30 minutes of baking.
