Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cranberries
  • 1 c. raisins
  • 2 oranges
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. water

Instructions

  1. Pick over cranberries and wash them; add raisins.
  2. Peel oranges and remove seeds.
  3. Combine fruits and chop them.
  4. Add sugar, salt, and water; cook until thick, about 30 minutes, stirring often.
  5. Pour into hot sterile jars and store in a cool place.
