Ingredients

  • 1/8 to 1/4 cup mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon cloves
  • 1/4 teaspoon sage
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Baste meat with the sauce during the last half of cooking.
  3. Just before serving, top the meat with the remaining sauce.
