- Sift together dry ingredients.
- Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel.
- Combine egg, orange juice and Crisco oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.
- Bake in a greased 9 1/2 x 5 x 3-inch pan at 350° for 50 minutes, or until done.
