Ingredients

  • 2 (32 oz.) bottles cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 (12 oz.) cans frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed and undiluted
  • 6 cups apple cider
  • 4 (3-inch) sticks cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons whole cloves
  • 1 teaspoon whole allspice

Instructions

  1. Pour cranberry juice, lemonade concentrate, and apple cider into a 30-cup percolator.
  2. Place cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice in the percolator basket.
  3. Perk through the complete cycle.
  4. Remove the spice basket and stir in rum.
  5. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
