Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 4 cubes steaks (1 lb.)
  • 3 Tbsp. salad oil
  • 4 French bread slices
  • 1/2 c. chili sauce or catsup
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

Instructions

  1. On wax paper, mix flour and salt; coat steaks in hot salad oil.
  2. Cook steaks until browned on both sides, about 4 minutes.
  3. Place steaks on a slice of bread.
