Ingredients

  • 1 can whole cranberries
  • 1/2 pint sour cream
  • 1/2 cup nuts
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together the whole cranberries, sour cream, drained crushed pineapple, and nuts.
  2. Pour the mixture into a square pan and freeze until firm.
  3. Remove from the freezer 10 to 15 minutes before serving.
  4. Cut into pieces and place on lettuce leaves. Allow to thaw slightly before serving.
