Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix (without pudding)
  • 1 regular sized Jell-O instant lemon pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced almonds
  • 1 (16 oz.) can cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix the yellow cake mix, lemon pudding, eggs, cooking oil, sour cream, and sliced almonds with a spoon.
  2. Then beat the mixture for 4 minutes at medium speed with an electric beater.
  3. Fold in the cranberry sauce, cubed.
  4. Pour the batter into two greased and floured loaf pans.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 55 minutes.
