Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 2 med. eggs
  • 1 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 c. shredded cheddar or colby cheese
  • 1 med. onion
  • 1 c. cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a baking dish by greasing or spraying it with non-stick cooking oil.
  2. Mix the cooked and drained broccoli, cream of mushroom soup, mayonnaise, eggs, shredded mozzarella cheese, shredded cheddar or colby cheese, and chopped onion in a large bowl.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle cracker crumbs evenly over the top.
  5. Bake in the oven until bubbly and golden brown, about 30 minutes.
