Cranberry-Raspberry Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. raspberry-flavored gelatin
  • 3 oz. lemon-flavored gelatin
  • 1 1/2 cups boiling water
  • 10 oz. frozen raspberries
  • 16 oz. can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 7 oz. lemon-lime carbonated beverage

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry and lemon gelatins in boiling water.
  2. Stir in frozen raspberries, breaking up large pieces.
  3. Break up the cranberry sauce with a fork and stir into the gelatin mixture.
  4. Chill until partially set.
  5. Carefully pour in the lemon-lime carbonated beverage, stirring gently.
  6. Turn the mixture into a 6-cup mold.
  7. Chill for 5 to 6 hours or overnight.
  8. Unmold the salad onto crisp greens before serving.
