Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) crumb crust
  • 1/4 cup cold water
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 1/2 cups blueberry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Put water and gelatin into a small saucepan.
  2. Place over direct heat and stir until dissolved and mixture is clear.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk and lemon juice.
  4. Stir in the gelatin mixture and fold in sour cream.
  5. Mix in 1 1/2 cups of blueberry pie filling.
  6. Pour the filling into the crumb crust.
  7. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  8. Garnish the top of the pie with the remaining pie filling.
