Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 packages Pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk until creamy.
  2. Press one package of crescent rolls in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  3. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the rolls, leaving 1/2 inch around the edges.
  4. Layer the second package of crescent rolls on top of the cream cheese mixture and pinch the edges together.
  5. Beat the egg white and brush it over the top of the layered rolls.
  6. Bake at 375°F for 20 to 30 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Glaze with powdered sugar and milk, then serve warm.
