Ingredients

  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp salt
  • dash pepper
  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups water

Instructions

  1. Dice the potatoes and slice the onions.
  2. Cook the potatoes and onions in water until tender.
  3. Remove the onions from the pot.
  4. Stir in the milk and add salt and pepper.
  5. Bring the mixture to a boiling point.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
