- Continue boiling until reaching the hard boil stage (260°F).
- Do not stir during this process.

- Allow it to cool until manageable, then pull the candy until creamy white and it holds its shape (about 20 minutes).
- Cut with scissors and place in a dish to set further. Butter your hands and remove all rings before handling.
