Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla pound cake crumbs
  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/4 cup Triple Sec orange liqueur
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 cups sour cream

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle vanilla pound cake crumbs evenly in an ungreased 9-inch spring-form pan.
  2. Press the crumbs down lightly to form the crust.
  3. Blend softened cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and Triple Sec orange liqueur until smooth.
  4. Stir in eggs and sour cream until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture over the crumb crust.
  6. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 35 minutes.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake overnight to set.
  8. Serve topped with fruit on whipped cream, using mandarin orange slices on top.
