Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium size onion
  • 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. rotini noodles
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef in a skillet with the chopped onion; sprinkle with garlic powder to taste.
  2. Add the cream of mushroom soup, Miracle Whip, and milk to the skillet with the beef and onions.
  3. Simmer on medium to low heat until heated through.
  4. Cook rotini noodles according to the package instructions; drain.
