Ingredients

  • 1 flank steak
  • garlic powder
  • Tabasco
  • Kikkoman soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Score the top of the steak.
  2. Rub the steak with garlic powder and Tabasco.
  3. Pour Kikkoman soy sauce over the steak.
  4. Marinate for at least 6 hours.
  5. Cook on the grill for about 8 minutes on one side and 7 minutes on the other side.
