Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb steamed broccoli
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb cooked boneless chicken
  • 1/4 cup firm margarine
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

Instructions

  1. Place cooked and chopped broccoli and cooked chicken in an ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
  2. In a bowl, beat together the condensed cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  3. Pour the soup mixture over the broccoli and chicken in the casserole dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Melt margarine and mix with Bisquick baking mix to form a batter.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter over the casserole.
  7. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
