Creamy Chive Lemon Pasta

Instructions
- Cook pasta until al dente.
- Cook minced shallot in olive oil until softened.
- Add flour to the pan and cook for a few seconds until incorporated.
- Stir in wine until flour in dissolved and wine simmers.
- Stir in the cream, lemon juice, chopped chives and lemon zest.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Add drained pasta to the pan.
- Remove from heat and stir parmesan into the pasta.
- Serve with a garnish of parmesan, lemon zest and chives.
