Ingredients

  • 8 oz. dairy low-fat sour cream
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. candied ginger, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, honey, lemon juice, and ginger.
  2. Let stand at least 15 minutes to let flavors blend. The dressing will thicken slightly if refrigerated overnight.
