Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. powdered sugar
  • 3/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. water

Instructions

  1. Heat margarine in a saucepan until melted.
  2. Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla.
  3. Stir in water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until smooth and of desired consistency.
  4. Spread on cool cake.
  5. Sprinkle top with peppermint candies.
