Ingredients

  • sour cream
  • pepper
  • lemon juice
  • best kale
  • mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Drain off most of the liquid from the kale.
  2. Add salt and pepper to the kale.
  3. Heat the kale slowly until very hot, then drain again.
  4. While the greens are warming, mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and lemon juice together.
  5. Fold this sauce into the well-drained greens.
  6. Heat for one minute longer.
  7. Serve at once.
