Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. Velveeta
  • 1 (16 oz.) can chili beans
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans Mexican beans
  • 1/2 can Ro-Tel
  • sour cream

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger in a skillet and drain excess fat.
  2. Add Velveeta cheese, chili beans, Mexican beans, Ro-Tel, and cook until smooth and creamy.
