Instructions
- Pour 2 tablespoons margarine in bottom of baking pan.
- Combine celery, carrots, olives, green pepper, onions, tomatoes and tomato sauce.
- Spread half of mixture in bottom of pan.
- Place fish on top.
- Cover with remaining mixture.
- Dot with margarine.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes in a 350° oven.
