- Heat water, salt, and vinegar together until boiling.

- Pour the hot brine over the beans in the jars.
- Adjust lids on the jars immediately.
- Process the jars in boiling water bath for 5 minutes.
- Remove jars from the canner and allow to cool.
- Chill well before serving.
