Crispy Green Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato (cut into 8 equal parts)
  • 2 bunches mizuna/potherb mustard (cut into 3 cm length)
  • 5 leaves lettuce (tear into pieces)
  • 1/2 cucumber (thinly shredded)
  • 1/2 bunch spaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds)
  • to taste mayonnaise
  • DRESSING: (mixed in advance)
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp mirin

Instructions

  1. Combine mizuna, half the lettuce, cucumber, pan fried spaghetti, and dressing in a large bowl.
  2. Arrange the other half lettuce on a serving plate and put the mixture (step 1) along with the tomato on top.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over them.
