Crispy Green Salad
Ingredients
- 1 tomato (cut into 8 equal parts) ⓘ
- 2 bunches mizuna/potherb mustard (cut into 3 cm length) ⓘ
- 5 leaves lettuce (tear into pieces) ⓘ
- 1/2 cucumber (thinly shredded) ⓘ
- 1/2 bunch spaghetti (cut into short pieces, pan fry with a little oil for 10~20 seconds) ⓘ
- to taste mayonnaise
- DRESSING: (mixed in advance) ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce ⓘ
- 2 Tbsp vinegar ⓘ
- 1 Tbsp mirin ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine mizuna, half the lettuce, cucumber, pan fried spaghetti, and dressing in a large bowl.
- Arrange the other half lettuce on a serving plate and put the mixture (step 1) along with the tomato on top.
- Spread mayonnaise over them.
