Crispy Quesadillas

Ingredients

  • flour tortillas
  • margarine
  • grated Cheddar cheese
  • grated Monterey Jack cheese
  • sliced jalapeno peppers

Instructions

  1. For each quesadilla, lightly spread a tortilla with margarine. Sprinkle with the Cheddar and Jack cheeses and top with peppers (use as many as desired).
  2. Fold tortilla in half and spread lightly with margarine.
  3. Cook in frying pan until crispy on both sides.
