Crispy Quesadillas

Instructions
- For each quesadilla, lightly spread a tortilla with margarine. Sprinkle with the Cheddar and Jack cheeses and top with peppers (use as many as desired).
- Fold tortilla in half and spread lightly with margarine.
- Cook in frying pan until crispy on both sides.
